International: (Shipping rates are calculated based on your package details) Rates to Canada start at $20.00, Europe $25.00, Australia $25; Japan $25.00 and go up based on package weight. All international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (7-12 Business days transit time). Customer is responsible for payment of their home country customs duties / taxes if applicable.
Normally, all standard orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment confirmation. Expedited delivery options are available and shipping costs vary depending on your destination and urgency. Returns & Exchanges
Here at Peppercorn, we are committed to highest quality standards and continuous improvement in everything we do and proudly stand by our products. However, making you happy is our top priority and we will do everything to keep this promise. We want you to love what you ordered and will gladly accept returns of all:
Refunds (less shipping cost), in accordance with this policy, will be electronically deposited into the account from which the funds were originally withdrawn after receiving original item(s). Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund to be reflected in your account.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than peppercornkids.com
For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt of merchandise and shipped free of charge.

For your own protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Peppercorn is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to refund your credit card upon receipt.

Can I return Sale items?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise if in accordance with our return policy.
Do I have to pay to send items back for a return/exchange?
Yes. At this time you have to pay to send returns back to Peppercorn, but you will get free shipping on exchange orders. Please print out our Customer Return/Exchange Form and ship the items back to us using your own shipping method.
Can I return individual items from a Set?
Yes. All items purchased from within a set can be returned individually for either an exchange or a refund. In the case of a refund we will calculate the cost of the item based on the set price.
How long will it take to process my refund?
It will take no more than 2–3 weeks to process your refund.
How long will it take to process my exchange order?

How are gift recipients credited?
If you are returning items that you received as a gift you will receive a store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on peppercornkids.com. If you want to exchange an item we will apply your store credit towards your exchange order. If your exchange order costs more than your return, please enclose your credit card information and we will charge the remaining balance to your card.
Peppercorn kids gift cards can be either emailed or mailed to physical address. There are no shipping fees to obtain gift card. When purchasing, please select your prefered option.
They do not expire and can be used several times until used up.

If lost, they can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Please give us a call with the email address or name of the buyer to retireve this information.
